New VLP XLP-Series Workshop Presses
Providing a simple and economical solution for standard workshop applications
Economical price, still high in features
Available in 25, 50 and 75-ton models, the highly economical XLP-Series Hydraulic Presses offer many premium features at an attractive price point. These include horizontally adjustable cylinders, extra wide frames, and high performance Enerpac pneumatic and electric pump options, enabling a large application range and fast performance.
The Enerpac VLP-Series Hydraulic Press features a compact design that mounts directly onto a workbench to quickly and easily perform pressing applications, effectively freeing up space in your workshop. The VLP Press is paired with an Enerpac hand pump as an economical solution for low volume applications, or with a foot driven air pump for fast, hands free operation for higher volume applications.
Industry leading hydraulic systems
At the heart of Enerpac presses are high-performance, high-pressure Enerpac hydraulic pumps.
Enerpac hand pumps, such as the two-speed P392 on the 25-ton XLP Press offer competitive performance with 36% less handle effort than competitive presses.
For higher-volume applications, Enerpac pneumatic pumps outpace competitive pumps’ oil displacement by a factor of nearly 4 to 1. The XA is an air driven, variable speed hydraulic foot pump. This pump allows for hands free operation of the pump for more control over your work piece and the press. The variable speed allows for fine metering of the flow for precise control in pressing operation while still having high flow to quickly complete jobs.
For premium performance on more difficult jobs, the XLP-Range features the high-performing ZE4-Series Electric pump. With three times the horsepower, the ZE4 pumps easily outperform competitive press pumps to achieve much greater oil-displacement and higher performance. Despite their speed, the ZE4 pumps operate more quietly than competitive pumps, increasing both efficiency and safety in the workshop.
Though paired with Enerpac presses, these versatile pumps may be detached and used to power other equipment, like cylinders, pullers, wedges, cutters, and many other common workshop tools that run on 10,000 psi hydraulic pump
